Established in 2013, Craig McKay Legal was borne out of a desire to provide quality legal services to small business and individuals outside of the constraints imposed by typical big-firm business models.

From a background in Commerical Litigation, Craig has gained experience in all aspects of business and personal law. He has a passion for dispute resolution, and brings a common sense approach to the table in negotiaton and litigious matters which has earned him the respect of clients and fellow practitioners alike.

 

Craig's experience has seen him advise large corporations, including a full-time on-site secondment to the Adelaide Desalination Plant joint venture partners.  Correspondingly, he has assisted individuals with their employment, family and estate matters in a way that has resulted in loyal clients who value his clear and reasoned counsel.

 

Prior to his admission as a barrister and solicitor, Craig established and operated a successful music tutoring business, and worked as the office manager of a community legal centre. Building on this experience, while embracing current technologies and utilising complementary service providers, Craig McKay Legal is able to operate in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

 

When he is not assisting his clients to achieve their desired outcomes, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is passionate about music, loves reading and SIM racing, and always looks forward to the next run.
